The vp32.tar.gz file in this directory will build ver. 3.2.5.0 of the VP3 
windows codec.  This version has been tested against ver 0.5 of VpVision.  
Please check version numbers if you are using a different version.  Build
the project "vp31vfw".  The file built is:
.\codecs\vp31vfw\release\vp31vfw.dll (or debug).

Versions of VP3 earlier than 3.2.5.0 are known to have problems with VpVision.

To build the vpvorbis.acm, unzip the build file vorbis_nodebug_tc40_vp0.5rc.zip
into its own directory.  Run project .\src\dmix.dsw.  Build the project
"vorbis.acm".  The file built is:
.\src\vorbisacm\release\vorbis.acm (or debug as appropriate).
